Considering the fact that our customers are spread all across the globe, Metal Exports (India) gives utmost importance to packaging and transportation. Based on customer's requirement and needs, our company offers customized packaging and delivery solutions, as a result of which the products are delivered on time maintaining transit safety. Keeping customer satisfaction and product safety in mind, we are equipped with capacious warehouses & packaging unit that facilitates the storage of large volume stock to meet all kinds of demand. More than half the area of our setup is under packaging. We make sure that each stainless steel product is individually as well bulk packaged using qualitative packaging material.

We undergo the following in our entire packaging process:

Packing
Each individual piece when completely done with finishing and polishing is shifted to our packaging unit where it is packed in a poly bag.

Products Packed in Poly Pack

Each packed piece is then put into small cartons or inner box of 5 ply carton. The sets are then packed in bigger cartons of 7 ply and sealed. The best quality corrugated sheets are used in the making of big sized cartons. We make sure that the individual packing products are finally kept inside corrugated boxes for bulk deliveries that also enables easy mobility as well. We make use of shrink wrap machine and strapping machine for proper packing of the products.

Warehousing
Metal Exports (India) has large sized storing facility to store their range of stainless steel kitchen wares. We maintain a controlled temperature in our w0arehouse to prevent the products from corroding or rusting, cracking or other adversaries due to moisture and improper handling. Our company's streamlined storage process is made easier with proper labeled sections for each product category, which helps in easy inventory management and dispatch of the products at the final destination.

Shipment
The whole process and material used for packaging by our company provides durability to the product while being stored and transported. Once the product is fully packed and stored in warehouse, it is also ready for shipment. We ensure that the consignment is safely delivered at the final destination within the specified time period.
